ARS TELA guarantees refund or replacement of an item.

We would appreciate if you treat the product and the packaging with greatest care.

You should return the item unused and undamaged with all ARS TELA labels and tags.  We would accept the return if the item is not damaged, worn, soiled, smeared, containing bad smells, washed, used, altered and without a snag / pull in the fabric.

We ask to return all items in the same original box that we delivered.

Please  return by post to the same address that we indicated on the box.

Bare in Mind that Return Postage is not applicable for refund.

We ask you to inform us by email about your return and explain the reason. When we have approved your returned item, we will transfer the Refund  to your account within 30 days, providing we have recieved your notice of cancellation and the actual item.

We would like too remind you that financial responsibility for the return is yours until we have recieved the Return.

The returned item should contain the Return  Note with order reference Nr. and your contact details. We do not refund unidentidied returns.

We would like to warn you that you are liable for damage to the garments until we recieve them at our warehouse. Please do keep the reciept of the postage. 

The Currency used is EURO.

Credit Card or Debit Card.

You can pay either by credit card or debit card. The applicable amount will be debited from your account before the dispatch of goods. ARS TELA reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card.

Paypal

When paying by Paypal, ARS TELA reserves the right to check the validity of the Paypal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the pruchaser. ARS TELA reserves the right to deny the purchase. Your Paypal account will be debited only after the dispatch of goods from our Linen House.

VAT is included in all prices and will be updated when you select your shipping country.

ARS TELA does not accept cash or cheques or gift cards.

We have done our utmost to represent the best way possible the colours and composition of our complicated designs. However, we apologise if there appear differences between the colours shown on the website on your computer and the actual ones. This may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.

Almost all ARS TELA items are author’s work or created exceptionally by hand in limited collections or quantities therefore  some of the items may contain vaque differences in color, some imperfections traces of hand work or some alterations in weaving densities or slight variation in the creator’s work from the original image in the online page.

ARS TELA maintains all intellectual property rights, trademarks and copyrights on all items in ARS TELA website and any use is prohibited.

However, we do not include a delivery charge.

ARS TELA apologises if we cannot deliver your order in one delivery because of the size and weight peculiarities, we would charge you additionally for subsequent deliveries.

ARS TELA will dispatch the approved order at its earliest possibility.

Delivery time is from 7-10 working  days from the time of reception of payment.

However, the delivery time may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered.

We do apologise in advance if the delay may apear due to the Seasonality and peak periods.

We promise to deliver your order within 30 days period.

You are free to cancel your order at any time in case the delivery time of 30 days  exceeds your expectations.

In case your order does not arrive by the indicated time, please do write our Team an email. 

You can return or cancel or change your mind about your purchase within 14 days after the delivery date of your goods, apart from the return shipping fees.

ARS TELA TEAM expresses genuine apologies for not being able to meet your expectations and causing disappointment.

We will return the cost of the item, except for the shipping cost or return shipping cost, if such is generated.

In case you prefer to keep certain items and partially return your order, the delivery cost and return shipment costs will not be returned.

If you decide to cancel and return your puchase, please be so kind and email us a notice on email or in writing by post.

 It must be sent back to us within 14 days period on our address indicated on the parcel or ONLINE CONTACT section. After the announcement, you have 10 days to return the purchase to us.

Please, note that the return shipping costs are not refundable.

After the reception of the item , we will then inspect the quality of the returned item  ( ARS TELA would appreciate if you treat the product and the packaging with greatest care. You should return the item unused and undamaged with all ARS TELA labels and tags.  We would accept the return if the item is not damaged, worn, soiled, smeared, containing bad smells, washed, used, altered and without a snag / pull in the fabric)  and provide the refund , attempting to use the same method that you used to make the payment.

The refund is returned within 14 days period after the reception of the returned goods.

ARS TELA may use another method of payment if you may indicate such in your email.

ARS TELA ONLINE store only offers very hand-picked design items that are of a very limited collection or specially designed and hand-woven for the online store.

Therefore some items are just available on the online store and not in ARS TELA STORE or other stores.

ARS TELA keeps the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience if some of the products will not be available at any time as there may be somebody else who has made a purchase just before you and the stock has decreased.

Always check the labels carefully before washing or ask you laundry assistant to pay greatest attention to the washing tips.

When laundered and treated properly our items will last forever. To acquire the longest life of our contemporary Latvian textile design, please follow this:

Very delicate or for wool items machine launder in 30 to 40 degrees cold water on the most gentle cycle with cold water rinse. Use a mild detergent without bleach, favourably use liquid fabric softener for our hand-woven textiles. This will make our thick-twisted yarn fabrics softer.

Never use tumble drying.

Wash our textiles separately. Pure linen textiles remove to prevent wrinkling.

Iron while slightly damp, using steam iron on the warm/hot setting. 

If you prefer to keep crushed look in your scarfs/shawls/interior textiles, best not to iron them.

Scarfs can be best hand-washed in cold/warm water.

Plaids, curtains and cushions best dry clean.

Note: All natural fibres may shrink upto 2%, however, ARS TELA items are manually pre-washed and softened to ensure special softness and  resilience, as well as shrinkage.
